Research Advances in the Preparation of Rat Models for Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Abstract
health. Establishing reliable animal models is fundamental to research on its pathological mechanisms and treatments. This article systematically reviews the research progress in rat models of ICH, with a focus on four common modeling methods: autologous blood injection, collagenase injection, microballoon inflation, and spontaneous hypertensive models. By comparing the advantages and limitations of each method,
it provides a reference for selecting appropriate rat models of ICH in future research.
