Research on the Application and Effectiveness of the Mentor Team System in the Training of Automation Graduate Students
Abstract
analyzing the limitations of the traditional single-mentor training model, the advantages of the mentor team system are elaborated. The paper
details its application in team formation, curriculum design, and scientific research guidance. The effectiveness of this system is assessed from
the perspectives of knowledge structure, scientific research innovation ability, and career development. The findings suggest that the mentor
team system significantly enhances the quality of automation graduate training and is worthy of broader adoption.
