Mingzhen Li

Abstract

In the process of Internet change, the integrated media model has quietly arrived, bringing unprecedented challenges to hospital public opinion work. Facing the more extensive and real-time media characteristics in the era of integrated media, public opinion
workers should bravely face the challenges and explore effective coping strategies to deal with unexpected public opinion events by
deeply analyzing the general pattern of public opinion evolution in the era of integrated media. To this end, hospitals should attach
great importance to the construction of a public opinion handling system, actively cultivate publicity gridsmen in clinical departments,
and strive to build a publicity matrix for internal and external media. At the same time, the concept of public opinion pre-control should
be established to create a gentle and stable network ecology for building a good social image of the hospital and creating a harmonious
doctor-patient relationship.
