Analysis of Factors Influencing the Realization of University Faculty Rights from the Perspective of Governance Theory

Abstract


The realization of university faculty rights is crucial for safeguarding educators personal interests and fostering their enthusiasm,
initiative, and sustained commitment to teaching and research. This, in turn, enhances the quality of talent cultivation and drives the advancement of higher education and scientific innovation in the country. Adopting a governance theory perspective, this study examines the factors
affecting the realization of faculty rights, emphasizing the diversity of governance stakeholders, the flexibility of management methods, the
democratization of management processes, and the dynamic nature of governance. The findings aim to offer valuable insights for ensuring and
strengthening the protection of faculty rights in higher education institutions.
