Application of Gamification Teaching in Swimming Physical Education Training in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

In order to improve the physical quality of college students, this paper first expounds the role of gamification teaching in college
sports swimming training by consulting literature, and puts forward four kinds of game training methods suitable for college swimming physical education. Taking the students of a university as the research object, the application effect of gamification teaching in college swimming
physical education is analyzed. Finally, the results are as follows: Through gamification teaching, students’ interest in swimming training can
be enhanced and their sense of cooperation enhanced. It can be seen that gamification teaching has certain promotion and application value in
college swimming physical education.
