New Challenges and Response Strategies for the Integration of Supply and Demand between Schools and Enterprises in the Era of Digital Economy, Employment and Education

Abstract


With the booming development of the digital economy and the reshaping of the job market, emerging positions are emerging frequently, and the demand for traditional job skills is changing. The integration of school enterprise supply and demand for employment and
education has become the key to cultivating suitable talents. Although the relevant projects promoted by the Ministry of Education have received widespread response, there are problems such as superficial cooperation in implementation, facing challenges such as lagging talent
cultivation in universities, low willingness of enterprises to participate, imperfect communication and cooperation mechanisms, and poor employment concepts and professional qualities of students. To this end, efforts should be made to optimize the talent training system in universities, enhance the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate, improve communication and cooperation mechanisms, guide students to establish a
correct employment concept and enhance their professional qualities, solve problems, promote the deep integration of education and industry,
and help graduates find high-quality employment.
