Abstract


The purpose of this paper is to study the current status, characteristics and challenges of my countrys degree certificate system
by comparing and analyzing the legal norms of degree certificate systems in developed countries around the world, and to provide relevant
improvement suggestions. At the same time, through in-depth research on the United States, Britain, Japan and other countries, it provides a
reference for the improvement of my countrys degree certificate system.
