15 Weeks Experimental Study of selective Bionic Training on Correcting Pelvic Tilt in Middle-aged and Elderly Women
Abstract
Twenty middle-aged and elderly women with anterior pelvic tilt were selected for a 15-week biomimetic training intervention, including
movements such as turtle-crane breathing, dead bug, crab ground touch, and others. Preand post-intervention assessments included muscle
strength tests, balance tests, and BOLT value tests to evaluate intervention effectiveness. Results showed that biomimetic training significantly
enhanced hip extension and flexion strength in subjects, improved pelvic stability and flexibility, enhanced breathing capacity, and noticeably
alleviated anterior pelvic tilt. Biomimetic training, approaching from a holistic perspective and combining interesting and functional aspects,
provides a new approach for correcting anterior pelvic tilt in middle-aged and elderly women.
