findings are significant for universities to adjust their training directions based on market demands, enhancing the quality of talent cultivation
and enabling graduates to better adapt to the job market; for enterprises to acquire high-quality talents that meet job requirements, thereby
boosting competitiveness; and for society to optimize human resource allocation, promoting sustained socio-economic development.
