Construction of Collegiate Education Mechanism for Employability Training

Abstract


By analyzing the connotation and characteristics of oriented employability training, this paper systematically examines the development status and existing problems of collaborative education mechanism in Chinese universities, and proposes a three-dimensional
construction path: establishing government-university-enterprise collaborative system at the main level, promoting the innovation of teacherstudent interaction mode at the teaching level, and improving the guarantee and evaluation mechanism at the institutional level. The research
shows that measures such as optimizing policy guidance, deepening the integration of production and education, and strengthening process
evaluation can effectively improve the matching degree between talent training and market demand, and provide practical reference for higher
education reform.
