The Functional Composition and Response of Accounting Talents in the Digital Economy Environment

Abstract


The development of digital technology has brought profound impacts to all walks of life, and the digital economic form driven by
digital technology has emerged. In the digital economy environment, enterprises have higher requirements for accounting talents. To adapt to
the development environment of the digital economy, accounting talents need to have both professional knowledge and skills as well as digital
skills literacy. This paper discusses the intelligent composition of accounting talents in the digital economy environment and constructs a fourin-one accounting talent cultivation system of government - enterprise - university - individual to cope with the functional changes of accounting talents in the digital economy environment and cultivate accounting talents that meet the actual needs of enterprises.
