The Development of Research on the Mechanical Properties of Ultrasonic Welding Joints
Abstract
dissimilar metal joints. It elaborates from four aspects: process parameter optimization, interface formation mechanism, material structure
characteristics, and service performance evaluation. Key parameters like welding energy, amplitude, and pressure are found to significantly
impact joint strength. The evolution mechanisms of interface diffusion layers and intermetallic compounds are also analyzed, along with the
performance features of different material systems. Finally, future research directions such as multi - field coupling simulation, intelligent
monitoring system development, and extreme environment adaptability study are proposed.
