Research on the Optimization of Multi-dimensional Career Development Path of Nursing Staff based on Health Management

Huashan Zhang

Abstract

As the concept of health management in our country continues to deepen, nursing staff, as an essential component of the health
service system, urgently need to expand their career development from a single advancement path to multiple dimensions. This paper, starting from the perspective of health management, systematically analyzes the structural limitations in the current career development of nursing
staff and proposes a multi-dimensional development framework centered on professional skill expansion, interdisciplinary integration, role
function upgrading, and psychological literacy construction. The study suggests that the high-quality development of the nursing profession
should be closely integrated into the health management system, achieving a repositioning of the nursing staffs professional identity and a
restructuring of the development model through institutional innovation, educational reform, and cultural shaping.
