Endogenous Transition: Graduate Student Groups in Rural Industry Revitalization -- Evidence from X Universitys Gourd Industry Intervention in H County
Abstract
studies emphasize technical inputs but overlook how intellectual resources interlock with rural contexts. This study examines X University
graduates participation in County Hs cucurbit industry. Using field research and interviews, we developed a four-dimensional embedding
framework (system, relationship, resource, cognition) and uncovered how exogenous intellect fuels endogenous growth. The study clarifies
how system adaptation lays collaboration foundations, how relationships mobilize resources, and how cognitive shifts foster stakeholder symbiosis. It offers lessons for universities: flexible institutions ensure sustainability; cross-sector networks integrate resources; and cultural innovation drives endogenous dynamics.
