Abstract


In the Internet + era, the undergraduate business administration program faces new opportunities and challenges. This paper
delves into the current status and issues of talent cultivation in this field under the new context, proposing strategies to reconstruct the training
model from multiple aspects such as curriculum system, teaching methods, faculty teams, and practical teaching. The aim is to provide ideas
and directions for cultivating high-quality business administration professionals who meet the demands of the times.
