Research on the Integration of University Student Work Resources and Institutional Innovation from the Perspective of Three Circle Education

Abstract


In the process of comprehensive reform of three pronged education and modernization of university governance system, student
affairs in universities are facing the challenge of transitioning from fragmented management to systematic education. This study is based
on collaborative theory and governance theory, and constructs a three circle education model of core circle expansion circle radiation circle.
Research has shown that this model can effectively integrate resources, enhance the systematicity and effectiveness of the education system,
and provide theoretical and practical support for universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.
