Construction and Effectiveness Evaluation of a Health Promotion Mechanism for University Faculty in Hainan Province Based on Lean Management

Abstract


This study aims to explore how to construct a health promotion mechanism for university faculty in Hainan Province based on the
concept of lean management and conduct a scientific evaluation on its effectiveness. Through in-depth analysis of university facultys health
status and the influence factors in Hainan Province, this study designs and implements a health promotion mechanism covering demand
analysis, resource allocation, and personalized scheme formulation, and uses a multidimensional evaluation indicator system and scientific
evaluation methods to monitor and analyze the implementation effectiveness of the mechanism. The results indicate that this mechanism has a
positive effect on improving the health level of university faculty in Hainan Province and provides new ideas and methods for the health management of university faculty.
