Approaches to Translating Metaphors of Za Wine Culture in Ethnic Sanjiao: A Cross-Cultural Perspective
Abstract
embodies a metaphor for spiritual culture. Based on the conceptual metaphor theory and cross-cultural translation theory, this paper analyzes
the cognitive basis, cultural characteristics and expression forms of the mixed wine cultural metaphor, and explores the translation strategy in
cross-cultural communication. The study shows that the translation of the mixed wine cultural metaphor needs to adopt a method that combines cultural transplantation with image reconstruction and functional compensation to achieve the effective communication of the national
cultural spirit.
