Intelligent Monitoring and Early Warning Technology for Environmental Noise and Water Quality Parameters During the Operation Period of Offshore Wind Farms

Chong An, Jianfei Zhang

Abstract

In view of the current situation that there is a lack of long-term systematic monitoring and quantitative research on the underwater noise of wind turbines and the water quality parameters of the wind farm sea area during the operation period in domestic offshore wind
farms, a monitoring system with underwater acoustic noise characteristic monitoring as the core and visual, AIS and radar as the auxiliary
is constructed. A highly reliable and precise intelligent buoy system suitable for monitoring the underwater noise of wind turbines and the
water quality parameters of the sea area in offshore wind farms is developed. Break through key technologies such as multi-sensor integrated
control, monitoring data collection and transmission, and time-varying underwater sound fields in offshore wind farms, and achieve real-time
monitoring of water quality parameters in target sea areas, intelligent detection of wind turbine blades and columns, and efficient identification
and early warning of abnormal targets on the sea surface. Provide technical and equipment means for intelligent management, ecological environment assessment, and wind turbine fault diagnosis of offshore wind farms.
