Exploring on the Mechanism of Cultivating Learning Atmosphere in Colleges and Universities under PDCA Mechanism
Abstract
students' academic growth like sunlight and air. The PDCA theory, due to its sustainability, cyclical progression, and capacity for continuous
improvement, is applicable to the learning atmosphere in universities. By analyzing existing issues in the learning atmosphere of Chinese
universities, this study constructs a university learning atmosphere model based on the PDCA cycle theory. Through four implementation
phasesestablishing multi-level learning atmosphere objectives in the planning phase (Plan), promoting the implementation of the learning atmosphere initiative in the implementation phase (Do), supervising learning atmosphere and evaluating outcomes in the checking phase
(Check), and summarizing improvements in the action phase (Act)the study aims to achieve cyclical enhancement of the university learning
atmosphere. This model explores pathways for optimizing academic environments.
