Xuran Zhang

Abstract

Equalization of urban and rural public services is an important measure to promote social fairness and justice and narrow the gap
between urban and rural areas. It is also an institutional guarantee for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and achieving common
prosperity. In recent years, China has continuously increased the supply of systems in the fields of education, medical care, and social security,
but there are still problems such as lack of norms, fragmentation of systems, and poor implementation at the level of legal systems. From the
perspective of the rule of law, this paper discusses the practical difficulties of the equalization of urban and rural public services, analyzes the
shortcomings of system supply, implementation supervision and rights protection, and puts forward the path of perfecting the legal system,
strengthening the system connection, perfecting the supervision mechanism and improving the ability of the rule of law at the grass-roots
level, in order to provide institutionalized and legalized guarantee for the realization of the equalization of urban and rural public services.
