Based on AHP and Machine Learning Study on the Value-added Evaluation of College Students' Comprehensive Quality
Abstract
In order to scientifically evaluate the effectiveness of college students' comprehensive quality improvement and overcome the
limitations of traditional evaluation, this study focuses on the value-added evaluation of college students' comprehensive quality. Based
on the concept of developmental evaluation, an evaluation index system including five dimensions of morality, intelligence, physique,
aesthetic and labor is constructed. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine the weights of each dimension and specific
indicators, and then machine learning algorithms are used to construct a prediction and value-added evaluation model of college students' quality development, and to mine students' behavioral trajectories and ability increments. Through the integration of AHP and
machine learning algorithms, this study aims to establish a more objective and personalized evaluation model of comprehensive quality
value-added, which provides empirical support and decision-making basis for college precision education and students' all-round development.
