Multi-dimensional Exploration and Practice of Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of School- Enterprise Cooperation and Integration of Industry and Education

Abstract


Against the backdrop of industrial digital transformation and the deepening of vocational education reform, the contradiction
between traditional teaching in higher vocational colleges and industrial demand has become increasingly prominent. Through literature research, case analysis, and empirical investigation, this study constructs a three-dimensional reform framework of "curriculum reconstruction
- model innovation - guarantee system". The research finds that traditional teaching has such drawbacks as outdated textbooks, fragmented
courses, and superficial practice. It is necessary to reconstruct courses based on the post competency framework and realize the integration
of "teaching, learning, and doing" through project-based teaching, dual-teacher teams, and other approaches. Practices in institutions such as
Dongguan Technician College show that measures such as the operation of industrial colleges and the development of loose-leaf textbooks
can make the employment rate of graduates in matching positions exceed 85%. The study proposes that it is necessary to build a schoolenterprise collaborative governance system, resource sharing mechanism, and competency-based evaluation system to provide a paradigm for
the cultivation of technical and skilled talents.
