A Study on the Third Way and China's Moderately Universal Welfare System
Abstract
broad masses of the people. On the basis of analyzing the connotations of the two, this paper conducts an in-depth study of their characteristics. Through comparison, it is found that there are significant similarities between them in terms of implementation subjects, the relationship
between rights and obligations, and institutional concepts, which can provide reference for the development of China's welfare system.
