Abstract


This paper delves deeply into the application of public management decision theory in organizational human resources performance
management. By analyzing the core content of public management decision theory and combining it with the existing problems in organizational human resources performance management, this paper expounds on the specific paths and methods of applying public management decision theory to human resources performance management. The aim is to enhance the scientificity and effectiveness of organizational human
resources performance management, provide strong human support for organizational development, and achieve the coordinated progress of
organizational goals and employees' personal development.
