Solutions for Flow Field Characteristics and Blade Structure Optimization in Axial Flow Pumps

Abstract


This article focuses on the optimization and improvement strategies of axial flow pumps. Firstly, it analyzes the existing key problems of axial flow pumps, including vibration caused by uneven flow field, easy breakage of blades due to insufficient strength, low efficiency
in performance, and high power consumption. Subsequently, targeted optimization measures are proposed, including the use of flow guiding
devices, strengthening blade structure design, optimizing flow channel design, and other flow field, blade structure, and performance optimization measures. By implementing the above strategies, the operating condition of the axial flow pump has been improved, efficiency and stability have been enhanced, and operating costs have been reduced.
