Research on the Precise Path and Countermeasures of Community Dispute Mediation
Abstract
disputes are characterized by diversification, sensitivity and complexity. The traditional mediation model is insufficient in mechanism coordination, professional ability and information support. Accurate mediation emphasizes problem-oriented, identifying dispute risks through
data, matching mediation resources and subdividing governance strategies, so as to achieve ' decision-making based on case, decision-making
based on person and decision-making based on situation '. Starting from the evolution trend of community disputes, this paper systematically
analyzes the problems existing in the current mediation mechanism, and puts forward some suggestions on promoting the integration of mediation mechanism, strengthening multiple participation, professional talent support and digital governance empowerment, so as to provide
reference for improving the efficiency of grassroots contradiction resolution and promoting community harmony and stability.
