The "One-Five-Three-Four" System for Living Transmission of Ethnic Minority Intangible Cultural Heritage: An Empirical Study of 39 Townships and 297 Villages Among the She Ethnic Group in Zhejiang Province
Abstract
Province shows positive momentum, with a relatively well-established system particularly in Jingning She Autonomous County. This study
employs a comprehensive methodology integrating literature review, field research, and in-depth interviews. It conducts systematic investigations across 297 villages in 39 townships within Zhejiang's She ethnic enclaves. Through scientific data analysis, it synthesizes the "Zhejiang
Experience, " aiming to construct an innovative framework for the protection and development of She intangible cultural heritage nationwide.
This framework provides replicable and scalable pathways for the living transmission of intangible cultural heritage among all ethnic groups.
The research findings contribute to integrating cultural theory with practice, highlight Zhejiang's exemplary role as a "window, " serve the
construction of a shared sense of community for the Chinese nation, and advance the "two innovations" of China's excellent traditional culture
alongside common prosperity in ethnic regions.
