Rebuilding the First 500-Meter Humanistic Wellness Community
Abstract
By analyzing the supply and demand dynamics of eldercare services, it proposes a platform-driven ecosystem model for home-based eldercare. The model aims to provide high-quality, home-based services for active seniors through service integration and brand enhancement,
while simultaneously offering a stable service channel and a sustainable profit model for affiliated enterprises. The research discusses operational costs and revenue projections through the design of standardized service packages and high-end customized solutions, and it puts
forward countermeasures to foster the industry's sustainable development. This business model was piloted in "Longhu Lingshu, " a high-end
residential community in Xuzhou, to validate its feasibility. Following the achievement of initial business objectives and the development of
requisite organizational capabilities, the model is intended for replication and expansion.
