Research on the Necessity of Considering Cultural and Textual Features in Literary Translation from English to Chinese
Abstract
analysis of novel and poetry examples, it argues that cultural features are essential for dynamic equivalence, while textual features are criti
cal in poetry but may be adapted in novels to preserve meaning. The research highlights the prioritization of cultural sensitivity in producing
high-quality translations.
