Abstract


At present, in order to improve the efficiency of operation and management of coal mining enterprises, it is necessary to strengthen the
integration of big data technology and enterprise management, use modern technology and science to effectively carry out work planning,
and eliminate the phenomenon of non-compliance in the process of enterprise operation and management. Coal mining enterprises need to
control the operation and management process, ensure the efficiency of enterprise operation and management, and also give full play to the
maximum value of big data technology. In addition, it is necessary to improve the comprehensive quality and work ability of management
personnel, so that management personnel can innovate a variety of management models, establish a team of management personnel, and
improve the level of management.
