Pre-Jurassic Paleogeomorphic Restoration Methods and Characteristics of the Central Ordos Basin
Abstract
paleogeomorphology is crucial for predicting reservoirs in the Yan 10 and Yan 9 layers. This study uses the primary method of imprint to
restore and characterize the pre-Jurassic paleogeomorphology of the Wuding area in detail. The paleogeomorphic units in the Wuding area include ancient rivers, slopes, highlands, and interfluvial hills. The restored paleogeomorphic features provide important geological evidence for
predicting the Lower Jurassic reservoirs.
