Common Problems and Countermeasures of Quality Management in Water Conservancy Project Construction
Abstract
As a vital component of the national economy, water conservancy projects play a crucial role in delivering engineering benefits,
ensuring operational safety, and maintaining social stability. However, in the actual construction process, quality management is frequently
challenged by multiple factors, leading to various issues that hinder the overall improvement of project standards. By thoroughly analyzing
the common problems in quality management throughout water conservancy constructionparticularly in aspects such as contractor management, design process control, and supervision mechanismsexisting deficiencies can be identified. On this basis, practical and targeted improvement strategies are proposed.
