Design of Powder Injection Molding Device with Anti Porosity

Lejin Wang

Abstract

The anti porosity powder injection molding device is an important equipment in the field of powder injection molding technology,
used to ensure the quality and yield of non porosity products. In this design scheme, both sides of the top of the base are fixed with columns,
and the top of the two columns are fixedly connected with horizontal plates. The middle part of both columns is fixed with hydraulic cylinders,
and the telescopic ends of both hydraulic cylinders are fixedly connected with fixed rods. The bottom of the opposite side of the two columns
is equipped with a sliding groove that matches the two fixed rods, and the middle part of the bottom ends of the two fixed rods is fixedly connected with connecting rods; The middle part of both columns is fixed with hydraulic cylinders, and the telescopic ends of both hydraulic
cylinders are fixedly connected with fixed rods. The bottom of the opposite side of the two columns is equipped with a sliding groove that
matches the two fixed rods, and the middle part of the bottom ends of the two fixed rods is fixedly connected with connecting rods; The mixing of feed can be more uniform through the mixing motor and mixing screw. The excitation generated by the two vibration motors can cause
the gas inside the barrel and feed to float up. Due to the convex arc at the bottom of the injection piston, the gas fed in the barrel is discharged
through the circular hole to prevent bubbles from remaining in the barrel. When the feed overflows, the electric push rod drives the plunger to
block the circular hole, reducing the possibility of air holes.
