Preparation of Low-viscosity Synthetic Lipid Liquids and Their Application in Liquid Cooling of Computing Power Equipment

Ruichen Bai, Zijie Lin

Abstract

With the continuous development of modern technology, the performance of computing power equipment has been greatly improved. At the same time, higher requirements have been put forward for the heat dissipation of the equipment. Traditional air cooling technology has been unable to meet the demand for efficient heat dissipation, leading to frequent equipment failures and affecting the performance
and lifespan of the equipment. Low-viscosity synthetic lipid liquids, due to their unique physical and chemical properties, have been widely
applied in the field of liquid cooling, effectively enhancing heat dissipation efficiency and ensuring the stable operation of equipment. Therefore, This article explores the preparation methods of low-viscosity synthetic lipid liquids and proposes strategies for their application in liquid cooling of computing power equipment, with the aim of providing new ideas for related fields.
