Material Forming and Control Engineering Mold Manufacturing Technology

Jun Xie

Abstract

This paper analyzes the process characteristics and application scenarios of four core mold manufacturing technologiesextrusion,
drawing, forging, and stampingin the field of material forming and control engineering. It explores three development directions for mold
manufacturing processes: innovation mechanisms, batch production, and new technology research. The study proposes strategies to build a
collaborative "industry-academia-research-application" system, promote automation and intelligentization of production lines, and intensify
research on cutting-edge technologies like additive manufacturing. These efforts aim to provide theoretical references for related academic
studies and industry practices, thereby facilitating the optimization and upgrading of mold manufacturing processes.
