Analyze of Non-destructive Testing Methods for Vehicle-mounted Type IV Hydrogen Storage Gas Cylinder
Abstract
vehicle. Due to its strong bearing capacity, hydrogen corrosion resistance and in light weight, it has become a new application direction for
vehicle gas cylinders. This gas cylinder belongs to special equipment and needs to be tested periodically during use, in accordance with the
special equipment-related standards. At present, there are few detection methods for the defects of such gas cylinders. In this paper, the nonde
structive testing method of carbon fiber wound gas cylinder for vehicle hydrogen storage plastic inner liner is analyzed, and the nondestructive
testing method of this kind of gas cylinder is prospected.
