Research on the Impact of Digital Technology Application on Supply Chain Resilience of E commerce Enterprises: The Mediating Effect Based on Supply demand Matching
Abstract
supply chains. In order to explore the impact of digital technology application on the supply chain resilience of e-commerce enterprises and
its internal mechanism, Based on the panel data of A-share e-commerce and retail listed companies from 2017 to 2024, this paper constructs a
two-way fixed effect model, introduces the matching degree of supply and demand as an intermediary variable, and carries out the benchmark
regression, robustness test, endogeneity test, and intermediary effect test successively. The study found that the application of digital technology can significantly enhance the supply chain resilience of e-commerce enterprises, and the conclusion is still robust after replacing the model
setting, controlling the industry effect, adding control variables, excluding the special sample of, and using instrumental variable method to
deal with endogeneity. The results of the intermediary effect show that the matching degree of supply and demand plays a partial intermediary
effect between the two, that is, digital technology can indirectly enhance the resilience of the supply chain by improving the matching degree
of supply. This study enriches the theoretical results in the field of digital technology and supply chain resilience, and can provide practical
references for e-commerce enterprises to deepen the application of digital technology, optimize the matching of supply and demand, and promote the construction of supply chain resilience.
