Logistics Enterprise Valuation: A Case Study of Company A
Abstract
remain the same, but buyers now care more about speed and convenience. Online shopping has become a main channel for daily consumption, and express delivery has kept improving to keep up. Company A has built a strong position through fast, reliable delivery. The logistics
industry, however, is under pressure. Market growth has slowed, competition has intensified, operating costs have risen, and future demand
looks uncertain. This paper takes Company A as its research subject, reviews the company's current operations and the problems it faces, and
discusses where the industry is heading. The valuation combines the EVA model, which measures the value of existing assets, with the B-S
model, which prices future growth opportunities, and the results are checked against the company's market price.
