Abstract


In todays rapidly changing and highly competitive market environment, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (hereinafter referred
to SMEs), as an integral part of the economy, its survival and development have garnered widespread attention. Cash flow management, as a
core component of financial management for SMEs, plays a decisive role in the operation, expansion, and sustainable development of these
enterprises. Despite the challenges SMEs typically face, such as capital shortages, market volatility, and lack of management experience, effective cash flow management can help businesses enhance financial stability, strengthen market competitiveness, and reduce operational
risks. This article will explore the importance of cash flow management in the survival and development of SMEs, analyze its role in the daily
operations and long-term strategies of businesses, and propose effective strategies for optimizing cash flow management.
