Abstract


In the current context of globalization and digitalization, enhancing organizational collaboration capability has become a key factor for businesses to address market competition and achieve strategic goals. This paper evaluates organizational collaboration capability and
uses SWOT analysis to explore the relationship between strategic planning for improving collaboration and talent incentive strategies. By establishing efficient information-sharing platforms, optimizing internal processes, and unifying corporate culture, companies can significantly
enhance cross-departmental cooperation. Meanwhile, a well-designed incentive mechanism, including both material and psychological incentives, plays a crucial role in motivating employees and promoting teamwork. This paper integrates successful case studies and failure experiences, offering specific methods and suggestions for optimizing collaboration capability and talent incentives to help organizations achieve
long-term sustainable development.
