Analysis of Talent Recruitment of Yili Company in China from the Perspective of SHRM Model
Abstract
the growing demand for composite talents, traditional human resources recruitment systems can no longer meet this demand (Hamilton, 2009).
The effectiveness of talent recruitment not only influences a companys development but also impacts its market competitiveness. Companies
are driven forward by effective talent recruitment (Fitzsimmons and Rose, 2015). Strengthening the staff recruitment system and refining the
human resource management system can effectively propel enterprises toward healthy and stable growth (Nazari, 2014). Taking Yili Company
as an example, this paper analyzes existing recruitment issues and main problems, examines the companys internal and external environments
using the SWOT analysis tool, and presents recommendations for improving recruitment.
