Abstract


With the deepening of digital transformation, Chinese universities are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges for development. The application of digital technology not only improves the efficiency of running schools and innovates the teaching mode, but
also brings many uncertainties and complexity problems. This paper focuses on the job burnout of college teachers in the context of digital
transformation, studies female university administrators, and analyzes the unique opportunities, challenges and risks of job burnout faced by
female university administrators in the digital environment. Based on this, explore burnout intervention strategies and make specific suggestions from the female perspective.
