Abstract

In 2024, the proportion of the population aged 65 and above in China reached 15.4%, and China is rapidly entering a super-aging
society. The development of the elderly care service industry is urgent. Based on relevant data, this paper analyzes the current status and
issues of Chinas Elderly Care Services. Corresponding measures are proposed, including optimizing the structure of elderly care supply,
developing human resources for young and elderly people, mobilizing social forces and involving multiple stakeholders, and developing
