A Study on the Influence of Leadership Styles on Employee Collaboration Efficiency in Team Management

Abstract


Leadership styles are closely correlated with employee collaboration efficiency in team management. This study focuses on three
leadership stylestransformational, transactional, and laissez-faireanalyzing their influence pathways on collaboration efficiency in goal
construction, information interaction, and conflict management. It proposes optimization strategies including contextual fit selection, infrastructure construction, and co-evolution of team capabilities and leadership styles, providing theoretical references and practical directions for
managers to enhance team collaboration effectiveness.
