Analysis on Factors Affecting Independent Intellectual Property Rights Brand Assets of Jiangsu Science and Technology SMEs and Strategy Construction

Xiangdong Shen

Abstract

Against the backdrop of global competition and the "dual constraints" of resources and the environment, Jiangsu's science and technology-based SMEs face an urgent need to transform from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing." Independent intellectual property
brand equity not only reflects a company's core competitiveness but also holds the key to sustainable development. Based on resource growth
theory, strategic fit theory, and brand competitiveness theory, this article systematically analyzes the key factors influencing the independent
intellectual property brand equity of Jiangsu's science and technology-based SMEs. It also proposes a strategic framework for building brand
equity from three perspectives: internal capability development, external resource integration. This approach aims to provide theoretical reference and practical paths for high-quality regional economic development.
