Abstract
brand equity not only reflects a company's core competitiveness but also holds the key to sustainable development. Based on resource growth
theory, strategic fit theory, and brand competitiveness theory, this article systematically analyzes the key factors influencing the independent
intellectual property brand equity of Jiangsu's science and technology-based SMEs. It also proposes a strategic framework for building brand
equity from three perspectives: internal capability development, external resource integration. This approach aims to provide theoretical reference and practical paths for high-quality regional economic development.
