Abstract


Against the backdrop of the vigorous development of the digital economy, retail enterprises are confronted with unprecedented opportunities and challenges. This paper focuses on the context of the digital economy and conducts an in-depth analysis of the collaborative
mechanism between customer relationship construction and marketing strategies of retail enterprises. By combining theory with practical
cases, it explores how to leverage digital technologies to accurately grasp customer needs, optimize marketing strategies, strengthen customer
relationship management, and enhance the core competitiveness of retail enterprises in the digital era. The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of retail enterprises.
