Design of Teacher Team Management and Incentive Mechanism for K12 Education Enterprises within the Industry-Education Integration Model

Xiaomei Liang

Abstract

Under the impetus of the "industry-education integration" national strategy, K12 education enterprises are gradually transcending
traditional educational boundaries and integrating industry demands with educational practices. In this context, teacher teams, positioned
as core resources, face new challenges and opportunities in their management and incentive mechanisms. This paper analyzes the current
situation and problems of teacher management in K12 education enterprises within the industry-education integration model, and proposes
strategies such as building a "dual-teacher" team structure(referring to a collaborative model between subject teachers and industry mentors),
optimizing performance evaluation systems, and designing diversified incentive mechanisms to enhance teachers professional capabilities
and work enthusiasm, and promote the dual improvement of educational quality and industry adaptability. The research provides theoretical
support and practical guidance for K12 education enterprises to achieve sustainable development.
