Research on the Practical Pathways of Corporate Green Governance
Abstract
This study explores the practical pathways and systemic mechanisms for multi-stakeholder collaboration in corporate green governance. It defines green governance from the perspectives of scientific decision-making and systemic coordination, and reviews China's current
practices, including national energy-saving plans, corporate environmental disclosure, and green innovation. The analysis highlights the interactive roles of four key actors: enterprises (internalizing strategy and driving innovation), social organizations (supervising and bridging), the
public (exerting pressure via "voting" and "voice"), and the government (shaping the institutional environment through policy and platforms).
The research concludes that China's green governance is evolving into a multi-party co-governance model led by the government and enterprises with societal collaboration, offering insights for sustainable development.
