Design of Enterprise Performance Evaluation System for X E-commerce Platform under B2B Mode

Abstract


Purpose: To explore the problems and improvement measures in the operation and management of X e-commerce platform enterprise, so as to promote its development. Methods: Initially construct an indicator system including 4 first-level indicators and 19 second-level
indicators. Use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to conduct a questionnaire survey among 5 experts, who score the importance, familiarity and judgment basis of each indicator. Combine the author's understanding of the enterprise and literature research to build the performance
evaluation indicator system and calculate the weight of each indicator. Conclusion: At present, the indicators that have a significant impact on
the performance evaluation of X e-commerce platform enterprise include cash flow ratio, enterprise popularity, asset-liability ratio, etc.
